Probably the best place we stayed at, over our 1-month trip in the Philippines. We stayed in a traditional Nipa house that had been renovated, turning it into a top luxury room. Well equipped with all amenities and mosquito nets around the bed, fantastic bathroom. The place is lovely, well maintained gardens, very nice and friendly staff, breakfasts were top too! Located 4 km from the main town, and therefore easy to move around the island but also out from the busy and noisy areas. Definitely recommend this place!

It's well maintained, beautiful, cozy, natural, and the first thing she said was, "Wow! Romantic~!" and "Filipino style, nice!" Restaurant was excellent, water was excellent, the nypa/nipa style cottages were lovely. Everyone on staff was knowledgeable, competent and accommodating -- and most importantly, NO MOSQUITOES!

The space is so beautiful! We felt so special and the hosts treated us so well!!! They are the best. But our favourite part was the restaurant, we ate there everyday for all of our meals. It was just so so delicious! Highly recommend.

Camiguin was the final destination and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Nypa Resort - thank you so much to Ilenia, Stefano and their amazing staff. We stayed in the Rainbow Villa (Villa with Garden View) - very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a wonderful deck to relax on in the evening. Our room was also cleaned every day and the general decor/vibe of the villa made it an amazing place to wake up in and come home to. From the moment we arrived, Ilenia and Stefano went above and beyond to help us get the most out our stay with recommendations on what to visit including the best spots for snorkelling, must-see sights and good itineraries for the days we were staying. We rented a motorbike from the resort and also booked transport to and from the airport - everything was seamless! Special mention to the restaurant within the resort - Sapore. Whether you're eating Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, you will leave with a happy and full stomach from the delicious food including homemade bread and pasta plus fresh juices. My mouth is watering as I type and think of it! Thanks again Stefano, Ilenia and all. For anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Camiguin, Nypa will be your home away from home.

We booked it last minute due to travel changes and it was the best decision! Ilenia and Stefano, along with their staff took a really good care of us. We loved the area which was green and quiet. We enjoyed eating great pasta and fresh bruschetta in their Italian restaurant on rainy days and relaxing into natural spring pool. Our bungalow was very beautiful and clean, toiletries were always replenished which is very rare and there was always free water available which helped us reduce plastic during our stay. We cannot recommend enough!

Joy was exceptional receptionist. Eli, the owner refunded extra unused room. the Italian food is pretty good esp the homemade bread. the resort is clean, tucked in a lushful flora of chirping birds & insects, real nature escape!

We’ve never felt more welcome than in this resort. The hospitality of the staff is beyond amazing. They stayed longer to welcome us and even prepared diner way past kitchen closing time. An amazing place to stay when in Camiguin, would highly recommend!

The place is amazing ! A big nice garden, a small sit pool, hammocks. You feel the rest. The houses are very nice en very clean. The nice owners Stefano and Elena. Make you realy feel comfortable. They make all the food by there selves. Bread jam pasta, icecream, cake etc and tast delicious. And there cappuccino..........ohhhhhhj. we also took a 2 hours masage and that was a very good choice. Stefano can also help with planning trips.

Fantastic and professional staff. Beautiful resort made with a lot of love. Very friendly owner and super friendly hospitality. Everything was just simply perfect.
